Notice of Annual General Meeting
Goondiwindi Pastoral & Agricultural Society Inc.
Members and interested parties are advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society will be held:

🕠 6:30 pm
📍 Railway Hotel – “Meeting Room directly next to the bistro”
All members and interested parties are invited to attend.
Management Committee Nominations Now Open
Nominations for all management committee positions are now officially open.
In accordance with the Association's requirements, nominations must be received no later than 14 days prior to the AGM.
Nominations Close: Friday, 13 November at 6:30pm.
Please note the following nomination requirements:
All nominations must be submitted using the prescribed nomination form provided.
Each nominee must be nominated by two financial members of the Association.
To be eligible for nomination, a person must:
Be 18 years of age or older.
Be a current financial member of the Association.
Members interested in nominating for a management committee position are encouraged to submit their nomination before the closing date.

Annual Volunteers Thank You Drinks
Following the conclusion of the AGM, we will be hosting our Annual Volunteers Thank You Drinks!
We warmly invite anyone who has volunteered at the Show or participated in any of our Community Working Bees throughout the year to join us from 7:00 pm onwards as we celebrate and thank you for your time, effort and ongoing support.
Hot mixed platters and drinks will be provided as a token of our appreciation for everything you do to support the Show Society and Showgrounds community.
Please note: Catering will consist of hot mixed platters rather than a full sit down meal. If you are planning to enjoy a full meal, we recommend pre-booking a table directly with the Railway Hotel.
